Mr. Rogers was the Founder and Shareholder of Nations Healthcare, a regional chain of home medical equipment companies based in Orlando Florida. He was the Owner and Chief Financial Officer of CareMed, a chain of Home Medical Equipment companies located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was also a Senior Manager in the healthcare practice of Ernst & Whinney in Atlanta, Georgia. Over the past 20 years Mr. Rogers has founded or acquired several chains of healthcare organizations. In each instance the organization has increased in size dramatically and generally became the market leader in its region.
